I couldn't believe what we found 3500m up in the Langtang valley. This was definitely a highlight of the week. Its easier to really appreciate small comforts when you're on a literal 5 day uphill struggle carrying 20kg.

Everything seen in this bakery, the stock, the machines, everything will have been transported through the town of Sybrubesi which you'll have been seeing in the news this week. I cannot image how life is going on up there now, the suppy lines are completely cut.
