I've been falling woeufully behind on the shout out thank yous of late to all the legends that have been supporting us, so I thought this one called for a bit of background music from the incredibly talented @angelchantelmusic and @asheshbhattachan.

First on the thanks list is my pal Sammy Bish over at @wildislewellness for the fundraiser she did for us recently. A night of sound bath healing! Thanks so much to Sammy and everyone involved on the night, they raised £150 for the cause, enough to build 5 cement taps on our current project!

Next up is Mr Sammy Bish, Aka Adam Moore, for the incredible article he wrote about us for @razorcake_zine recently, which you can find a link to in our bio. Thanks so much for your time Adam, you're a true wordsmith and a massive legend!

Enormous thanks also goes to all the students and teachers from @bemorethirsk and @hamptongardenssecondary we recently hosted on their @weareworldchallenge experience.

The students blew my mind with how enthusiastic, hardworking, kind and selfless they all were. Not only were they giving up their time in their summer holidays to do manual labour in the July Himalayan sun, they also did a lot of fundraising for us, packing bags at supermarkets, bake sales, all kinds of good wholesome stuff. They also chipped in all of their left over spending money and made a huge donation on their last night which literally brought tears to my eye, incredible young humans each and every one of them, I salute you all.

They also bought ALL the t-shirts, which thanks to the biggest legend of all, Mr Cameraman Steve, you can now find over on our store at www.tbfnepal.com - link to this also in our bio.

Steve has also rebranded our YouTube to @ianpaniwala and there is an EPIC video premiering there this Saturday, 1st August at 1pm UK time / 1745 Nepal time. Please do stop by and join us for that if you can, he has made an absolute masterpiece and I can't wait for you all to see it.
