Well after about 1500km of bus travel from Kathmandu to Bhagsu, I've finally set up my make shift office at View Cafe and started cutting up the live stream of our event last weeknd in Kathmandu with @thebluegrassjourneymen.
Another huge shout out to all the band members for coming down and treating our earholes to several hours of awesome bluegrass music,
@summersbaker
@Angelchantelmusic @chadandrewharris
@mandonomad - @kyliekay_mandolin @jallemanmusic
@0wenn
To our sponsors on the night @barahsinghe and @smashingburger.np
@cozyholeinthewall
To the legends at @kausi_terrace for having us and to @spark_dj_academy for taking care of the levels.
And once again to my TBF helpy helpers who I couldn't survive without, @authenticallyaniii & @rajulama7654
Also massive love to everyone that came down on the night and bought raffle tickets and t-shirts, and to the very generous legends donating from afar on the JustGiving page - which you can find a link to in our bio!
I'm very happy to announce that so far we are $328 in profit from the night. Thank you all s,o so much!
To put this into perspective of what we can do with this money on our projects. $328 will buy us 164m of polythene pipe, or pay a labourer's wage for 50 days.
Our projects have been completely crowdfunded up until now, but we're trying to move away from the usaul private sponsors and get our project funds from monetised social media accounts, merchandise sales and various other means.
So if you'd like to support us without spending a penny, please subscribe to @thebimirifoundation on all the usaul social medias!
Thanks everyone, from Paniwala with love.
