Printed to order

Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you order, the item is made for you — usually within a few days — and then posted. Each product page shows where that item is expected to be made and a delivery estimate for your country, quoted live by our production partner, Printful.

Where it's made

Items are produced in the UK, the EU or the US, whichever facility stocks your item and is nearest to you. The product page shows the usual facility before you buy — but Printful assigns the final one only when your order goes to print, so it can occasionally shift (we've had an order quoted as made in Britain that was printed in Latvia). An order with several items can also be produced in more than one place — which means:

Parcels and postage

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel, possibly days apart. That's normal, not a missing item. However many parcels it becomes, you pay one postage charge — the one quoted at checkout.

Customs and duties — the honest bit

Any parcel that crosses a border can attract customs charges or import duties. Those are set and collected by your country's authorities — not by us, and not included in your order total. We flag the possibility at checkout on the parcels it could apply to, including UK orders for items produced in the EU. We can't predict the amount, and we can't pay it for you. If a courier asks you for a customs fee, that's this.
